What Solenne collects when you request a table, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you request a table we collect what is needed to hold it: your name, your email address, the date and sitting you asked for, the size of your party, and anything you tell us about allergies or access.
We also collect basic technical information — browser type, the pages visited — which helps us keep the site working.
How we use it
Booking details are used to confirm, prepare for and contact you about that booking, and to write your menu around any dietary requirement you gave us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing unless you asked for the Tuesday letter.
Allergies and health information
What you tell us about allergies is health information, which most privacy law treats as a special category. We use it only to cook safely for you, we share it only with the kitchen, and we keep it only as long as the booking needs it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make a booking work — an email provider, and a booking system where one is used. Each is bound to handle the information on our instructions.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as our accounts require, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which every letter links to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will answer within one month.
