How a request becomes a table, how long we hold it, and what happens if plans change.

Requests and confirmations
Submitting the form sends a request, not a booking. A table exists only once we have confirmed it by email.
Holding the table
The kitchen serves one sitting at a time, so a late arrival cannot be accommodated without affecting every other table. We hold a table for twenty minutes after the sitting begins.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to forty-eight hours before the sitting. Inside that window the seats cannot usually be refilled, and a charge per seat may apply — the confirmation email states the amount.
The menu
The menu is written weekly from what is available. The courses shown on this site are a guide and will change. Allergies and dietary requirements are handled when given at booking; we cannot rework a tasting menu at the table.
Prices
Prices include VAT. A discretionary service charge may be added to the bill and is shared among the whole team.
